Postal Delivery – Gift Cards

Gift Cards are sent via standard Australia Post mail and will usually be sent the next business day.

Hand Delivery / Standard Postage and Handling Charges – $6.95 inc GST / card
Registered Postage and Handling Charges – $12.95 inc GST / card

Hand Delivery – Gift Cards

Hand deliveries must be within a 10 kilometre radius of the Sanctuary Point Garden Centre.  Delivery requests for Gift Cards that exceed this radius will be automatically posted to the recipient.
A handling and delivery charge of $6.95 applies per card.

When will the Gift Card arrive?

The recipient will usually get the gift card within 2-5 business days of dispatch, though it can take up to 10 business days. Australia Post transit times vary based on destination and peak periods.

When will the Gift Card arrive?

Recipients will receive their hand delivered Gift Cards on the next business day or on a nominated future date.

Terms & Conditions

1. Sanctuary Point Garden Centre Gift Cards (Gift Cards) entitle the holder to goodsequal to the value stated on the Gift Card or remaining after partial redemption.
2. Gift Cards are redeemable at the Sanctuary Point Garden Centre only.
3. Gift Cards may not be exchanged (wholly or partly) for cash and cannot be redeemed to purchase additional Gift Cards or used as layby payments. Gift Cards are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
4. The value shown on a Gift Card includes GST.
5. Gift Cards are partially redeemable and any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. If the Gift Card holder’s order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the Gift Card holder will be required to pay for the difference in price between the value of the Gift Card and the retail price of the goods.
7. Goods purchased with a Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. All Sanctuary Point Gift Cards expire 36 months from date of purchase.
9. Should Sanctuary Point Garden Centre suspect any fraud relating to a Gift Card, Sanctuary Point Garden Centre may refuse to redeem the Gift Card until Sanctuary Point Garden Centre is satisfied that no fraud has occurred.
10. Sanctuary Point Garden Centre is not liable for any lost/stolen Gift Cards. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.
